🛒 邮寄配送（Shipping – 费用根据重量）

PosLaju Delivery (Shipping – Fee Based on Weight)

• 配送方式：PosLaju
  Delivery Method: PosLaju

• 费用：根据订单重量自动计算
  Fee: Automatically calculated based on order weight

• 处理时间：3–5 个工作日（不包括周末与公共假期，从下单日起算）用于处理和打包
  Processing Time: 3–5 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) from the order date for packing and preparation

• 配送时间：发货后时间另计，依据快递速度而定
  Delivery Time: Starts after shipping, depends on the courier’s speed

🏫 贩卖部领取（Bookstore Pick-up）

Bookstore Pick-up

• 领取时间：开学后统一在学校贩卖部领取
  Collection Time: Orders will be available for pick-up at the school bookstore after school reopens

• 处理时间：同样为 3–5 个工作日（从下单日起算）用于准备订单
  Processing Time: Also 3–5 working days from the order date for preparation

• 建议：如急需教材，请直接前往贩卖部购买，以免耽误使用
  Recommendation: If you urgently need the materials, please buy them directly at the bookstore to avoid delays

• 领取要求：请务必提供订单编号，阿姨将根据订单编号查找对应订单
  Collection Requirement: Please present your order number; the staff (Auntie) will use it to locate your order

Important Reminder

• 系统中不显示学生的姓名和班级，仅显示下单人的姓名与地址
  The system does not display the child’s name or class, only the name and address of the person who placed the order

• 若仅提供学生姓名或班级，工作人员将无法查找订单信息
  If only the child’s name or class is provided, staff will not be able to locate the order

• 请务必妥善保存并携带订单编号，以确保顺利领取
  Please keep and bring your order number to ensure a smooth collection

  贩卖部仅有一位工作人员，因此在工作时间内无法离岗。此外，贩卖部也不提供送达到教室的服务。如方便的话，请您鼓励孩子在课间时间自行前往贩卖部购买所需物品。由此带来的不便，敬请谅解，感谢您的配合！

  There is currently only one staff member working at the school shop, and they are unable to leave their post to deliver items to classrooms during working hours. Additionally, we do not offer a delivery service during school hours. If convenient, please kindly have your child visit the shop during break time to make any purchases. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding!
