Delivery

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days of payment and are shipped via courier. We typically use Pos Laju, but reserve the right to use whichever courier is more economical to us. You will be able to track your package online from the time of dispatch to delivery.

Our delivery fees are inclusive of handling, packing and postage costs. MA-TU reserve the rights to amend shipping fees in the event our courier service partners changes their charges.

All items will ship in one courier service. If all items are in stock in our warehouse, you will typically receive the package in 3-7 working days in Peninsular Malaysia. If there are items that are out of stock, there may be a delay of 2-3 weeks. We will contact you to inform of the status and discuss options if we foresee a lengthy delay.

In an event that you changed your mind and would like to collect your items instead of waiting for our shipment, we regret to inform that we have a no return policies on shipping fees.

Peninsular Malaysia

Shipping fees within Peninsular Malaysia is RM7 for the first 5kg of purchases. For purchases above 5kg, the system will automatically changes per kg.

Sarawak/Sabah/Labuan

We currently do not ship to the East Malaysia

Bookshop Pick-ups

For normal products. You are able to order online and pay on behalf of your child. You then can pass your order number to your child and he/she could collect it at their respective bookshop (SJK (C) Lai Meng, SJK (C) Naam Kheung, SJK (C) Chong Hwa Setapak). Please allow 2-3 working days for us to pack your orders.

For booklist, you could save your time by ordering online. After you have select “pick-up at bookstore” at checkout and pay. You then print out a copy of your order, and proceed to the bookshop on purchase day to collect your order via express lane. This saves you time so that you do not need to go thru the long queue.

Returns & Replacements

MA-TU strives to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. In the unfortunate event that you are unhappy with any book received, we will replace it with an item of similar value.

To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be:

Defective, damaged or incorrectly sent
Unused and in the same condition that you received it
Sent back and received by us within 14 days of receipt or exchange at your school bookshop
